THE CHALLENGE
PermitFlow, a fast-growing construction tech startup transforming preconstruction, came to Right Left Agency with a clear challenge: scale lead volume while improving lead quality and visibility with their ideal customer profile. They needed a partner who could go beyond basic paid media execution and help them prioritize high-value opportunities. Through a combination of full-funnel paid media campaigns, improved lead qualification workflows, and a consistent creative testing process, we helped drive a month-over-month lift in total leads and a meaningful increase in qualified leads.
THE SOLUTION
We launched a coordinated paid media strategy across Google and Meta to reach high-value leads, using Meta for efficient top-of-funnel acquisition and Google to capture bottom-funnel permitting intent. Alongside that, we optimized PermitFlow’s landing pages and lead forms to increase qualified submissions and ensure cleaner lifecycle tracking between Salesforce and HubSpot. Finally, we executed a creative and copy testing roadmap that refined their positioning as the leading permitting platform—driving stronger engagement, lower CPLs, and higher-quality leads.
