THE CHALLENGE

As a renowned toy brand with a rich history, FAO Schwarz needed to transition into the digital space and identify profitable advertising platforms to complement their iconic retail presence. With little prior experience in online advertising, they aimed to achieve a strong return on ad spend (ROAS) while maintaining their brand’s premium image.

THE SOLUTION

We began by testing ads across multiple platforms, including Facebook, Google Search, Google Shopping, AdRoll, Bing, and Bing Shopping. Within eight weeks, we identified Facebook and Google as the top-performing channels and reallocated the budget to focus on these platforms. This approach resulted in an impressive average ROAS of over 15x, successfully driving online growth for the brand.
