The Brief

Donut Bar is a world-famous donut franchise with its flagship location in San Diego, California. Donut Bar sells out of its unique offering of artisan donuts nearly every day, with lines of locals and tourists alike down the block. Their locations also include a bar featuring beer and donut pairings.

When Right Left Agency first got involved in 2016, Donut Bar had just launched its franchise offering. Our team spearheaded the franchise marketing initiative and set up a location marketing infrastructure. Within 6 months, we had generated thousands of applications for franchise ownership resulting in 12 franchise sales at a cost-per-sale of less than $2,000 (1/7th the franchise industry average).
