Media Buyer
Full Time, Remote
We are looking for a proactive and communicative Media Buyer to help our clients scale and our agency grow! We are not a side hustle or looking for freelancers. We need a full-time team member who is looking for stability and a long term career with growth opportunities.
A strong candidate will have the following skills:
- Clear, strong, communication – we are looking for candidates who can clearly communicate their strategy to clients and to the team.
- Strong English skills, Spanish is a plus!
- Scrappy and Proactive: Great at solving unstructured problems with little to no supervision. Problem solving & not being afraid to figure things out themselves will be a key attribute.
- Team Player: Demonstrates a strong ability to add to the overall business along with the team members and managers
- Meeting and exceeding deadlines and business targets.
- Deadline-oriented and adaptable: Capable of adjusting to changing priorities & tasks and overcoming new obstacles as they arise.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Meta campaigns: 10-13 accounts on average
- Execute on strategy developed by the Head of Paid Media, but also help develop and make recommendations as needed
- Report to Head of Paid Media
- Work towards improving performance and scaling up ad spend for every client
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in direct response Media Buying (specifically for Meta or LinkedIn).
- Experience with eCommerce and B2B clients (sales and lead generation)
- Experience in Google Ads and other platforms is a plus!
- Strong data analysis skills
Salary
$30k-$45k USD per year
