Account Manager
Full Time, Remote
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Account Manager to join our team! Right Left Agency is a fully remote digital marketing agency dedicated to delivering data driven results to their wide variety of clients. We need an Account Manager that can develop strong relationships with their clients and deliver amazing results.
Account Managers are responsible for making sure the team is executing on our strategy and advocating for their clients. The Account Manager will work closely with the upper management team to develop strategy.
The Position
- This position is fully remote, but will require regular weekly and monthly calls. The Account Manager is expected to work US hours.
- This is a full-time role (40 hours/week commitment).
- AMs work closely with the team of experts (Strategy, Creative, WebDev, etc.) to make sure everything is completed on time and is well executed.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 10-12 accounts of varied sizes
- Communication with clients (via email/slack, weekly or monthly calls)
- Create and send weekly reporting to clients
- Assign tasks to team members
- Provide general feedback on deliverables
- Make sure projects and services are delivered on time
- Lead the troubleshooting on any client issues/account problems
Day to Day:
- Check in with team members about ongoing work
- Assign tasks and maintain progress on projects
- Communicate with clients
Experience
2 years of account management or project management required (agency preferred).
Preferred experience in the following:
- WordPress/Shopify/Web Development
- Facebook (Meta) Ads / Media Buying
- Email Marketing (Mailchimp, Klayvio, other platforms)
- AdWords/Bing Ads
- Google Analytics

Salary
$50k-$65k USD per year
